Endoscopy

 

The advantage of endoscopy is that it is painless for the patient and has high diagnostic value.

 

We perform endoscopic examinations of the digestive system using a flexible Pentax endoscope.

 

Before examining the esophagus, stomach and small intestine, a fasting period of at least 24 hours is required, and before examining the colon, a fasting period of 48 hours + use of laxatives is required.

 

To examine the respiratory system, we use a set of rigid endoscopes + a flexible bronchoscope with a diameter of 6 mm. With it, we can examine the larynx, trachea, bronchi, nose + nasopharynx.
