Soft tissue surgery

We perform soft tissue surgery for the surgical treatment of acute conditions (bite, laceration, stab and gunshot wounds; injuries from car accidents; acute bleeding). We also perform procedures on the digestive tract (formations and lacerations in the oral cavity; shortening of the soft palate; foreign bodies in the mouth, pharynx, stomach, intestines; GDV - gastric dilatation and torsion syndrome, gastropexy "suturing" the stomach, intestinal intussusception, intestinal anastomoses, intestinal perforation), removal of neoplasms, resection and oblation of the auditory canal, procedures on the urinary tract (urethrotomy, urethrostomy, cystotomy, removal of urinary and kidney stones, nephrectomy, removal of operable neoplasms), procedures on the genital tract (castration, pyometra, cesarean section), surgical treatment of hernias (umbilical, inguinal, perineal, diaphragmatic, etc.), chest surgery (PRAA, PDA, lobectomy, removal of neoplasms), eyelid surgery (entropion, extropion, plastics), surgery of small mammals (removal of neoplasms, castration, etc.).

At our workplace we perform :

  • procedures for emergency conditions (gastric dilatation and torsion syndrome, gunshot and bite wounds to the abdomen and chest, perforation of the digestive tract, etc.)

  • surgery for ileus conditions (intestinal obstruction) (gastro/enterotomy, intestinal anastomosis, resolution of intrusions – enteroenteropexy, removal of foreign bodies)

  • surgical treatment of perineal, diaphragmatic and other hernias (hiatus hernia, diaphragmatic hernia and other hernias)

  • splenectomy - procedures associated with acute bleeding into the abdominal cavity, spleen tumors (most often hemangiosarcoma), spleen torsion

  • intrathoracic surgery (extirpation of lung tumors, lung lobectomy, diaphragmatic hernia, PDA, PRAA surgery, pericardiectomy, etc.)

  • marsupialization of paraprostatic cysts

  • urinary tract procedures (cystotomy, urethrotomy, urethrostomy, nephrectomy, treatment of acute urinary tract obstructions, urinary stones)

  • male castration, ovariohysterectomy

  • castration, extirpation of tumors, urinary stones... in rodents under inhalation anesthesia

  • removal of paraanal vesicles and tumors in perianal ablasty, colorectal surgery

  • total ablation of the ear canal (complete removal of the ear canal in case of incurable inflammation or tumors)

  • surgical procedures in the context of brachycephalic syndrome

  • salivary gland cyst surgery
